  Прекрасное отношение персонала. Узкие крутые лестицы - для некоторых это существенно. С точки зрения пожаробезопасности - очень много ковровых и тканевых настенных покрытий, видимо - экономия на ремонте. Выглядит отлично, пока не пощупаешь и не задумаешься, а вдруг искра...

  We have stayed for one night in this outstanding Hotel. We booked the Grand Canal View Room four months prior to our stay. First we were proposed not very nice room on the first floor of Regina (it has also ground floor). So the view was obstructed and the room was not good enough to stay at and looked crummy. That is why we had to request the Reception for another repaired and renovated room, also explaining that the booked Room was the present from my son to my 55th birthday anniversary. Only after that the Hotel satisfied our request and provided us with the beautiful room on the fifth floor with the Grand Canal View. This Room was not large at all but had the rather spacious open balcony (loggia) with two deck-chairs and a table. So we could admire the Ships coming in and out Venice through the Grand Canal. The Hotel has very nice location only 4 minutes away from San Marco Squire. It is a very expensive and high-status hotel. Nevertheless we liked it very much.

  Всё прекрасно, единственной проблемой моего номера на 4-м (последнем) этаже гостиницы была близость машины лифта, которая издавала довольно громкие звуки и щелчки.
