  I'd say the hotel is great for single tourists or couples, in good health, who travel on foot, like independence and don't want to waste money on the standard hotel service. It was perfect for me and I'm happy I chose it; but people have different preferences, I'll list whatever I remember and can squeeze into 1500 chars. If you weren't contacted by the hotel, make sure to call to get access codes BEFORE you arrive. Don't underestimate the warning about the walk-up. Even to reach suites no.1-3, there are 24 very steep steps to climb. The hotel doesn't have on-site employees. If you prefer the standard style, you might be disappointed. The location is wonderful if you like walking; but if you drive, be aware that the hotel does not have any parking. I had a studio suite no.9. It's fine for one, but I think for two it can be a bit small, and so can be the bed. I was lucky being there in Oct; otherwise, since the AC can't be controlled from the room, it can be a problem. There is a fan above the bed, though. The suite is full of amenities, including everything the description says, plus various tableware, utensils, hairdryer, etc. Maybe there could be a few more hangers. The fridge was very loud, and it's only a couple feet away from the bed. If you have troubles sleeping, it can be very annoying. The internet access isn't very stable. It's OK if you just need to check email, but if you rely on the permanent connection from the hotel, you might be in trouble.

  Очень хороший отель для тех, кто любит классические отели и в смысле оформления интерьера, и в смысле обслуживания, и кухни ресторана. Останавливались в этом отеле всей семьёй уже не один раз. Нам очень нравится его местоположение - недалеко основные достопримечательности: аквариум, парк Бостон Коммон, береговая часть города, хорошие уютные рестораны и пр.
